Are you brilliantly organised, naturally proactive and someone who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly? We're recruiting for a Client Administrator to join a successful and innovative Packaging Design Studio based in London SE1. Working with well-known brands across beauty, personal care and consumer products, this business creates distinctive packaging solutions and prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service. This is a varied and busy position where you'll play an important role in supporting the Account Management team and keeping client projects organised and on track. If you enjoy being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, this could be an excellent opportunity.

The Role

You'll provide administrative and project coordination support to the Client Services and Account Management teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day administration of client projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, purchase orders, spreadsheets and reports.
  • Coordinating timelines, samples, approvals and delivery schedules.
  • Liaising with clients, designers, suppliers and production partners.
  • Keeping project records accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring outstanding actions and helping ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assisting with general office administration and supporting the wider team as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a busy, client-focused environment. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in an Administration, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Project Support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and work independently.
  • A positive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
  • Experience within packaging, print, manufacturing or a creative business would be particularly welcome, but the ability to organise significant amounts of administration is key here.

You don't need to have worked in a packaging design studio before. We're equally interested in candidates who have strong administrative experience, enjoy learning and can bring the right attitude to the team.

What's on Offer?

  • £27,000 starting salary
  • Benefits package
  • A friendly, supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Exposure to exciting packaging projects for recognised brands
  • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress within the business
  • A varied role where your contribution will make a genuine difference

Working Arrangements

This position is based at the London SE1 studio five days per week. It is not a hybrid or remote-working role.
