We’re looking for a Client Administrator to join a leading Packaging Design Agency based in London SE1. The Role
- Support the Account Management and Sales teams on packaging design projects for major global brands
- Manage day-to-day administration – timelines, documentation, purchase orders, and reports
- Liaise with clients, designers, and the production supply chain to keep everything on track
- Coordinate samples, approvals, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general office administration
About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint essential)
