This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, ambitious and creative business where client relationships, attention to detail and exceptional service are at the heart of everything they do. This is NOT a sales role. It’s about managing existing client relationships, coordinating projects and ensuring every brief is delivered to the highest standard.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Head of Client Services, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts, managing projects from initial brief through to completion.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understanding client requirements and ensuring briefs are accurately scoped and agreed.
  • Coordinating packaging design projects, schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Working closely with internal teams, designers, production partners and external suppliers.
  • Preparing and managing quotations, purchase orders and project documentation.
  • Monitoring progress, resolving issues and keeping clients informed throughout.
  • Supporting repeat business and identifying opportunities to improve client service.
  • Attending occasional client meetings and supplier visits.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, enthusiastic and confident dealing with clients. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services or Project Management.
  • A background in packaging, print, manufacturing, creative agencies or a related project-led environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • A practical, positive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Good commercial awareness, including quotations, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Monday.com, Basecamp or similar project management systems would be advantageous.

Above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude: approachable, proactive, adaptable and genuinely committed to delivering outstanding client service.

What’s on Offer?

  • £38,000 basic salary
  • Benefits package
  • Potential to work from home one day per week after successfully completing probation
  • A welcoming, collaborative and supportive working environment
  • Exposure to innovative packaging projects for recognised brands
  • Genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression
