The Role

Working from home, you will support customers throughout the East Midlands region, carrying out:

  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Breakdown diagnosis and repair
  • Equipment installation support
  • Customer training
  • Machinery inspections and performance checks
  • Technical problem solving and fault finding

You'll work closely with a team of experienced engineers and receive full product training.

Candidate Requirements

  • Mechanical or electrical engineering background
  • Experience working on industrial machinery, production equipment or automation systems
  • Strong fault-finding ability
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a professional approach
