The Role
Working from home, you will support customers throughout the East Midlands region, carrying out:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Breakdown diagnosis and repair
- Equipment installation support
- Customer training
- Machinery inspections and performance checks
- Technical problem solving and fault finding
You'll work closely with a team of experienced engineers and receive full product training.
Candidate Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background
- Experience working on industrial machinery, production equipment or automation systems
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with a professional approach
