  • Mechanical/electrical engineering background.
  • Practical working knowledge of machinery and logical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience with servicing packaging machines is a plus (full training provided).
  • Self-motivated, reliable, well-presented, and pleasant manner.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative maintenance through planned service activities.
  • Respond to customer callouts for breakdowns.
  • Evaluate and resolve problems.
  • Assist with the installation of equipment.
  • Offer customer training.
  • Repair, test, and maintain equipment and packaging materials.
  • Monitor product performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Team Interaction:

You will frequently interact with customers, other field service engineers, the Sales Team, the Service Engineering Manager, and the Systems Installation Engineers.
