Field Sales – UK & Ireland territory (UK remote / Field-Based)

Salary: £35-£45k + Commission + Car

What you will do:

  • Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients across the UK & Ireland
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions
  • Attend face-to-face client meetings, trade events, and site visits
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records via CRM, and report on sales activity and performance

What you will bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (B2B)
  • Passion for developing client relationships and hunger to be in the field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset – ready to manage your own diary and hit the ground running
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland (clean driving licence required)
