The Role:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on automated packaging and process machinery
- Diagnose and repair faults on motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and conveyors
- Work collaboratively with mechanical engineers and production teams to minimise downtime
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and engineering procedures
- Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis
About You:
- Time-served or qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2365 / 18th Edition)
- Proven experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environments
- Confident working across PLC-controlled systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
- Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
