About the Role: Looking to get your foot in the door and start your career? This could be the job for you! As a Trainee Account Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things ticking over. You’ll work with their amazing customers, help internal teams stay organised, and basically keep everything running as smooth as a Greggs’ sausage roll. You’ll get loads of training from their cracking team and pick up some canny skills along the way , like top-notch communication, problem-solving, and time management. If you’re organised, love a bit of variety and don’t mind the odd biscuit-fuelled meeting they would love to have a natter with you. Day-to-Day You’ll Be: * Giving the Account Managers a hand keeping customers happy * Helping with orders, timelines, and all the little details that make big things happen * Chatting with design, production and delivery teams to keep everything on track * Keeping their lovely customers in the loop * Getting stuck into team chats, ideas sessions and the occasional snack stash raid * Spotting ways that they can do things better and smarter What They’re Looking For: * A mint attitude and love for working with people * Good craic and confident communicato, in writing and having a chinwag * Organised and able to juggle a few things at once without dropping owt * Keen to learn and up for a challenge * Bit of tech know-how, Outlook, Excel, you know the drill * Loads of enthusiasm , they will sort the rest!
