Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, trade surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical expertise in software solutions, APIs, system integrations, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working within the EMEA region with knowledge of local financial market regulations preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
