Artemis Talent are working with a leading OEMS electronic trading platform to the BuySide (Asset Management/Hedge Fund). My client has a product suite consisting of an Order Management Platform (OMS) and an Execution Management Platform (EMS) and are looking for an experienced product manager to join their award winning team across one or more of these platforms.
As the product manager you will be responsible for client engagement and build rapport with Tier 1 clients to gain a better understanding of what the market is looking for and use that information to enhance product functionality. You will need to have a good understanding of the competitor landscape and be interested in what your competition are doing in order to keep ahead of the game with a keen eye on new and exciting technology.
Key skills:
- Experience of building out functional design and product roadmaps and delivering on sprints
- Experience of Fixed Income Markets highly beneficial
- Knowledge of OMS or EMS software within financial services
- Good story and epic writing to paint a clear vision for development teams
- Experience working closely with developers would be highly advantageous as you will be working closely with development teams writing technical & functional specs
- 3+ years of product management / business analysis experience, with knowledge around structured processes such as UML
As part of this role you will have complete autonomy of product design and ownership of how to move the platform forward.
