A leading provider of trading solutions is looking for a skilled Client Integration Specialist for its Professional Services team. The role involves managing integration projects, client engagements, and technical solution delivery within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Deploy and configure trading and risk management products.
• Lead technical discussions and client meetings.
• Manage integration projects from start to finish.
• Provide technical documentation and support internal teams.
• Resolve escalated issues effectively.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of integration or technical support experience.
• Strong SQL skills (data manipulation, optimisation).
• Knowledge of FIX, XML, JSON.
• Understanding of financial markets (Equities, Derivatives, FX, Rates).
• Experience in client-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Linux shell scripting, Perl
• FIXML and FIX Simulator
• Data analytics tools (e.g., Pentaho)
• Broker Algorithmic order flows
• Jira and Confluence proficiency
