Account Manager – Trading Analytics Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £100,000 Skills: Account Manager, Trading Analytics, Trade Surveillance, TCA, Transaction Cost Analysis, Best Execution, up selling, cross selling My client is a leading provider of financial services trading analytics software whose platform is supplied directly to financial services organisations providing support for Market Structure, TCA(Transaction Cost Analysis)and Best Execution. They have a client list to boast of and are rapidly growing there based all the time hence why they are looking to add an experienced Account Manager with a background of Trading Analytics, TCA, Best Execution or Surveillance. This is an opportunity not to miss for a TCA SME to gain added knowledge of a new product and help drive client growth and retention. Your role will be: Providing point-of-contact for support escalation to both buy-side and sell-side accounts Liaise with clients on topics related to Trading Analytics, Market Structure, TCA or Best Execution product and business services Delivering Change and Product communications to clients Monitoring production environments to assist with identification of service and system issues Assisting with new software upgrade with demos and feedback sessions Taking clients live and training clients on product usage Working directly with Software Developers, QA, Project Managers and others on client issues Who we are looking for: 4+ years of relevant work experience Understanding of the financial markets specifically Trading analytics, Market Structure, TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) or Best Execution Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Sales experience of cross selling and up selling Must have technical aptitude and how technologies integrate This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join an already establish supplier of Market Structure, TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis), Trading analytic and Best Execution and help drive the business and grow the potential of the product, this will enable you to grow with the company and gain a firm foothold with them and their clients.
