Our client, an internationally recognised manufacturer, is expanding their finance team and looking for a driven Tax Specialist to join them. Reporting into the Head of Tax, you’ll play a key role in the group’s tax function, gaining hands-on exposure to international operations, compliance, and advisory projects.

The Role
- Oversee the group’s UK tax compliance, including corporation tax filings and monthly VAT submissions.
- Prepare accurate IFRS tax accounting schedules to support financial reporting.
- Provide input on international and cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain the group’s transfer pricing documentation.
- Collaborate with finance teams across the UK and overseas, offering guidance on tax matters.
- Support M&A activity and group restructurings with timely tax insight.
- Proactively monitor tax legislation and industry developments, keeping the group ahead of changes.
