We are currently partnering with a leading Belfast commercial law firm to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor with 3-5 years’ PQE to join their busy and well-established property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to handle a varied caseload of quality residential transactions in a firm known for its modern approach, strong leadership, and collaborative team culture.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- New build transactions
- Remortgages and equity release
- Transfers of equity
- Title checks and Land Registry applications
You\’ll have the support of a strong administrative team and access to modern systems that allow for efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
