A high-growth technology business is building a high-performance commercial team to lead the next phase of growth in its fleet risk intelligence solution. We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline across the UK and Ireland. This is not a traditional SDR role. It is a structured, commercially intelligent sales development position designed for ambitious professionals who want to build a long-term career in B2B sales. If you are motivated by building high-quality pipeline, engaging senior decision-makers, and contributing to meaningful commercial growth, this role offers genuine progression.
THE BUSINESS
This company helps fleets move beyond disconnected systems and reactive safety processes. By combining connected vehicle video data and AI, it delivers clear, actionable insight that helps teams identify and understand risk, respond faster, and improve safety across their operations. The technology operates in live vehicles and real-world operational environments, supporting proactive risk management and enabling fleet managers to:
- Improve operational efficiency and accountability
- Detect and intervene before incidents happen
- Improve driver behaviour and safety culture
- Strengthen insurance positioning and compliance
THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to create high-quality, commercially sound sales opportunities for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build structured target account lists across defined sectors
- Conduct research-led outbound engagement across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Initiate professional conversations with Fleet Managers, Operations Directors, Health & Safety Leaders, and Business Owners

- Qualify opportunities rigorously against the company's ideal customer profile
- Book well-prepared, commercially relevant meetings for senior sales
- Maintain disciplined CRM management within Salesforce
- Attend sector events and represent the business professionally
This role is measured on opportunity quality and pipeline contribution - not call volume.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 24 years' experience in B2B sales, sales development, or a commercial role
- Confident engaging senior operational stakeholders
- Understands that strong pipeline requires structure, consistency, and judgement
- Comfortable with outbound engagement - values intelligent conversation over scripts
