Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a respected and growing accountancy practice in Newtownabbey to appoint a Chartered Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a varied role within a supportive team environment and exposure to a broad, high-quality client base.
The Role
This position offers a strong mix of accounts and tax responsibilities in a non-audit capacity. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service while building lasting professional relationships. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of statutory and management accounts
- Overseeing year-end processes and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Managing corporate and personal tax compliance work
- Supporting clients with advisory and business-focused guidance
- Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide ongoing support
You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm and provide guidance to junior staff where required.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Background working within an accountancy practice is essential
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing client relationships and meeting deadlines
The Package
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
