The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a particular focus on probate and estate administration, working within a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling probate and estate administration from instruction through to distribution
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Preparing and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and related matters
- Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
