Im working in partnership with a market-leading events and conference organisation to appoint a Business Development Manager focused on the Association space. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to step into a role with real commercial impact - owning and delivering conference sales across national and international markets, while contributing to a multi-million-pound revenue target. Youll be joining a highly regarded organisation at the centre of a major events destination, playing a key role in attracting large-scale conferences that drive significant economic impact.

The role
Youll take full responsibility for developing and converting a pipeline of Association business - winning new clients, growing existing accounts and securing multi-year deals. This is a commercially focused role where success is measured by your ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and close complex, high-value deals.
Experience/skillset required
- A proven track record in sales and client management (ideally 3+ years)
- Someone who is commercially sharp and target-driven
- Strong relationship builder - comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering against revenue targets
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
