In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities – helping the leadership team stay focused, organised and effective in driving the company’s strategic goals forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted partner to the senior management team, providing confidential and proactive executive support.
- Preparing and circulating agendas, reports and presentations with precision.
- Recording and following up on meeting actions to keep projects and priorities on track.
- Supporting the preparation of board packs, agendas and follow up actions.
- Managing correspondence and communications.
- Collaborating across departments to provide information, insights and support for decision-making.
- Handling and compliance-related administration.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and with key external partners, always representing the leadership team with professionalism.
Experience and skills required:
- 3+ years\’ experience providing high level executive support to Directors/C-Suite level.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, polished manner when engaging with stakeholders.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly across Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive, adaptable and solution orientated approach – someone who anticipates needs before they arise.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of UK/NI compliance and reporting standards.
- Experience in minute-taking and report writing.
