We are partnering with a highly respected, privately owned investment and property group with over 40 years experience operating across the UK and Ireland. The business has built an excellent reputation for the acquisition, development, and management of commercial, residential, and retail property assets, supported by a strong in-house finance and property team. As a result of continued growth and investment, the company is now seeking to expand its finance function with the addition of a Finance Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain purchase and sales ledgers
- Carry out regular bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Assist with payment runs and manage supplier queries
- Support the preparation of management accounts and year-end accounts
