Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global, award-winning and exponentially growing professional services consultancy business based in Belfast in the recruitment of the newly created role of a Learning and Development Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development specialist to deliver engaging L&D programmes to a range of esteemed clients operating across various industries located across all of Northern Ireland.

In addition, you will work within a business that continually invests in each of their employee's personal development by providing tailored training, specialist support and the ability to undertake professional qualifications.

What will you receive as Learning and Development Consultant?

  • Up to £35,000 dependent upon experience

What will you do as Learning and Development Consultant?

  • Some first-line manager/supervisor level training
  • Facilitate half-day, full-day, lunch & learn (virtual & in-person) sessions
  • Deliver behavioural/experiential learning (facilitation style not slide-led training)
  • Manage own client portfolio autonomously
  • Context switching between multiple client environments
  • Design and prep work between delivery days

What will you require as Learning and Development Consultant?

  • Proven experience in delivering L&D workshops (hands-on facilitation experience)
  • Skilled in delivering behavioural / soft skills / essential skills training
  • Able to operate at pace in a consultancy-style environment
  • Confident delivering both face-to-face and virtually (Teams/Zoom)
  • Comfortable with travel and changing environments
  • Access to a car and have a full driving licence
