Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reporting on a hands-on basis.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring balance sheet integrity and high-quality reconciliations.
  • Provide meaningful commercial insight into project performance, margins, and working capital management.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the finance team while remaining actively involved in core financial processes.
