A global organisation offering highly flexible working arrangements is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant to support the growth of its finance function. This role will strengthen the Northern Ireland based team and report directly to a Senior Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving financial performance across several international entities, delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and contributing to the month-end close process.

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, and journals.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyse financial performance and investigate variances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Partner with teams to provide financial insight.
- Manage intercompany accounting and international reporting.
- Liaise with external providers on payroll, tax, and accounting.
- Contribute to process improvements and stronger controls.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or commercial finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
