Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a growing organisation in a broad and high-impact role. This position offers the opportunity to work at both a strategic and operational level, supporting business performance while leading the delivery of high-quality client accounting services.

The Role:

  • Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the company’s financial management and play a key role in driving performance, improving processes, and supporting continued growth.
  • Oversee a small client accounting function, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and professional service to a large customer base.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and meaningful insights.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes.
  • Support strategic planning and provide financial input to senior leadership.
  • Oversee external bookkeeping arrangements, ensuring accurate records and strong financial controls.
  • Manage, support, and develop a small client accounting team.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of client transactions and reporting.
  • Review and improve systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Act as a point of escalation and provide hands-on support during peak periods.

The Person:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
  • Experience in a broad finance role, ideally within a growing or dynamic environment.
  • Confident communicator, able to translate financial information into clear, practical insights.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach when required.
