A well-established law firm in North Down is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its growing Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, client-focused environment and is confident supporting a single fee earner with all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to one fee earner within the conveyancing department
- Audio typing/dictation to a high standard
- Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
- Managing LandWeb applications and registrations
- Handling client queries professionally via telephone and email
- Opening, maintaining, and closing files
- Diary management, scheduling appointments, and general administrative duties
About You:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing
- Strong dictation/audio typing skills
- Confident using LandWeb
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, personable, and able to manage workload independently
