A well-established and market leading multi-site business is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen its Head Office finance function in Antrim. With new investment, the business is entering a new phase of growth and offers strong exposure to senior leadership, complex group reporting, and value-add finance initiatives.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Finance Manager will lead the monthly group reporting cycle and play a key role in enhancing financial governance, controls, and reporting capability across the group.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the monthly group management accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Oversight of group-wide financial transactions and integrity of underlying data.
- Preparation of detailed supporting schedules and analysis for senior management reporting.
- Management of statutory and regulatory compliance, including VAT, Corporation Tax, and Intrastat.
- Key liaison for external auditors and coordination of the year-end audit process.
- Review, development, and enhancement of financial controls, processes, and policies.
- Ensuring all external financial submissions are accurate and submitted on time.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.
Candidate Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in group accounting within a commercially focused environment.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with advanced Excel capability.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
