We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a rapidly growing global manufacturing business at an exciting stage of expansion. This is a key leadership role where you will shape engineering strategy, lead a skilled team, and drive innovation across a site specialising in precision-engineered components and advanced CNC assemblies. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team
