Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking Manufacturing business thats looking to add a Systems Accountant to its growing finance function. Thanks to continued investment and an internal promotion, this newly created role is a chance to step into a business thats evolving, with plenty of scope to shape processes and add real value. Youll be reporting into the Head of FP&A and joining a collaborative, energetic team that balances ambition with a genuine focus on work-life balance. Youll take ownership of financial systems management and implementation including a new ERP and financial planning system. Youll be instrumental in the following: Partnering with teams to review processes, troubleshoot system issues, and implement smarter solutions Supporting the ERP, S&OP, and FP&A rollouts across multiple entities Driving best practice in finance system processes and consistency across the Group Enhancing reporting through automation, data integration, and system improvements Supporting Group Finance on month-end, budgets, and forecasting when needed This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a business thats on the up, where youll play a real part in shaping how finance operates across the Group.
