HR Generalist

Due to an internal promotion, Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global, long-established and highly-innovative business in the recruitment of a HR Generalist to be based in Greater Belfast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Generalist to get exposure across the full HR remit in NI, GB and ROI whilst receiving tailored support and a clear progression pathway to becoming a HR Manager.

What will you do as HR Generalist?

Reporting directly to the COO, the HR Generalist will play a key role as a strategic partner to management and employees across NI, ROI and GB. You'll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Duties include:

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and teams.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Support development plans, succession strategies, and performance management.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and enhance HRIS and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and learning initiatives.

What will you require?

  • Minimum of 2 years human resources experience
  • Understanding of ROI, GB and NI employment legislation
  • Experienced in end to end recruitment, utilising HRIS Systems, some exposure to ER and L&D
  • Ability to travel to the UK every 3 weeks
