Are you an experienced Private Medical Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment?
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Senior Medical Secretary to join a well-established private GP clinic in West London.
This is an extremely busy, hands-on role supporting busy GPs, managing complex diaries, patient enquiries, referrals, clinical correspondence, prescriptions, invoicing and insurance payments.
What we're looking for:
Private medical experience is ESSENTIAL
Ideally 5+ years' medical secretarial experience
Excellent medical terminology and organisational skills
Confident liaising with private patients, consultants and insurers
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Semble experience is a bonus
Please note: this role is 100% office/clinic-based , Monday to Friday. This is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy private practice and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care.
