We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Nurse with significant private healthcare experience who can take full ownership of the clinical delivery of the service.

An incredible opportunity to join an expanding 5-star private clinic in a senior clinical leadership position.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Nurse with significant private healthcare experience who can take full ownership of the clinical delivery of the service.
This is not a standard senior nursing position . The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and owning the entire clinical operation , including our diagnostic systems, clinical standards and patient safety.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Current NMC Adult Nurse registration
5+ years post-registration experience , with substantial senior/team leadership experience
Significant experience in a similar clinical leadership role
Private medical experience – essential
Strong clinical leadership and the ability to take full ownership of clinical delivery
Experience overseeing diagnostic systems and clinical services
Prescriber qualification highly preferred , particularly to support IV and urgent prescriptions
Strong venepuncture, cannulation & IV therapy skills
Experience managing rotas, staffing and safe clinical cover
Strong knowledge of CQC, clinical governance and patient safety
Experience within a regulated healthcare environment
Strong medicines management, infection control and clinical audit knowledge
