Oversee clinic operations and performance.
Drive commercial growth, budgets and KPIs.
Lead and develop the clinic team.
Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain operational standards, audit readiness and CQC compliance.
Lead service development and strategic partnerships.
About You
You will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen and a proven ability to improve performance within healthcare, private healthcare, premium hospitality or another high-touch service environment.
Private healthcare experience and knowledge of regulated clinical environments would be advantageous.
