The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating candidate records on our CRM
- Formatting CVs and documents to company standard
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Posting job adverts across various platforms and website
- Social Media and Blog creation and scheduling
- General administrative duties to assist consultants
What We're Looking For
- Previous admin experience (recruitment experience a bonus but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook as well as comfortable learning new systems
- Experience with Canva and Mailchimp is desired, but not essential
