Trainee Financial Adviser – London

We are working with a client in London looking for a confident, motivated and organised individual to join their team and have the opportunity to train to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser. The successful candidate will ideally be at graduate level, and will deliver support to a Senior Adviser and their team, whilst continuing the path to being fully qualified.

Responsibilities:

– Attend Client Meetings with Senior Advisers

– Manage Action Points from Client Meetings

– Business Submission

– Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports

– Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)

– Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients

– Managing workflow CRM systems

– Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blueβ€”door software

– Critical Yield Calculations

– Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process

– Ensure data on Salesforce is completed

– Prep for all meetings

Desired Skills:

– Degree level educated

– Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services

– Attention to detail & excellent organisation skills

– Excellent standard of written & verbal communication skills

– Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
