Our client is seeking a PA to join their successful team in Horsham, Sussex. The role involves supporting the Managing Director and ensuring client requirements are met. The position offers a salary of up to £35k with benefits, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diaries and inboxes
- Uploading weekly meeting statistics to CRM and KPI platforms
- Client servicing: compliance, scheduling reviews
- Prospect servicing and task management based on received information
- Preparing meeting packs
- Completing basic voyant and expenditure questionnaires
- Adding investment funds to analytics
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of reports
- Developing training programs with the Managing Director to identify skills gaps and training needs
- Liaising with the team to organize training sessions
- Conducting regular file note quality checks
- Reviewing application processing times and addressing delays
- Assisting with issues and escalations beyond PAs or Advisors
