Pensions Administrator - Workplace Pensions

About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a professional Financial Services team supporting the administration of workplace and corporate pension schemes.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity, offering an experienced administrator the chance to join a professional environment and make an immediate contribution to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer workplace and corporate pension schemes
- Process new members, leavers and retirements
- Process monthly pension schedules and upload to provider websites
- Manage death and retirement claims
- Support new pension scheme set-ups and renewals
- Complete annual client reviews and prepare scheme reports
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providers and Advisers
- Provide administration and technical support to Financial Advisers and Consultants
- Assist with product and provider research
- Maintain accurate client and policy records
- Keep up to date with Auto Enrolment, pension legislation and regulatory changes
- Identify and resolve issues and support improvements to processes
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Pensions, Workplace Pensions or Corporate Pensions Administration
- Good knowledge of workplace pension schemes and Auto Enrolment
- Experience dealing with pension providers and clients
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
