About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a professional Financial Services team supporting the administration of workplace and corporate pension schemes.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity, offering an experienced administrator the chance to join a professional environment and make an immediate contribution to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer workplace and corporate pension schemes
• Process new members, leavers and retirements
• Process monthly pension schedules and upload to provider websites
• Manage death and retirement claims
• Support new pension scheme set-ups and renewals
• Complete annual client reviews and prepare scheme reports
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providers and Advisers
• Provide administration and technical support to Financial Advisers and Consultants
• Assist with product and provider research
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Keep up to date with Auto Enrolment, pension legislation and regulatory changes
• Identify and resolve issues and support improvements to processes

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Pensions, Workplace Pensions or Corporate Pensions Administration
• Good knowledge of workplace pension schemes and Auto Enrolment
• Experience dealing with pension providers and clients
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
