An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team based in Central Manchester.
This role is ideal for a career Paraplanner who holds the
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) and has at least five years' paraplanning experience .
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide high-quality technical support by preparing suitability reports, conducting research, analysing client information and helping deliver tailored financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality suitability reports and supporting documentation.
- Conduct technical research across pensions, investments and protection products.
- Analyse client financial information to support financial planning recommendations.
- Prepare client review packs and presentation documents.
- Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain policy information.
- Process new business and support ongoing client servicing.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings and manage client correspondence.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
- Work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and efficiencies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential
- A minimum of five years' experience as a Paraplanner
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- Experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
