They are now seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, jargon-free financial advice to clients
  • Support clients with pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • Manage and develop your own client bank and pipeline
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Convert qualified leads into new business opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Support ongoing client servicing and reviews

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Financial Adviser or Planning role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in building relationships and developing new business
  • Client-focused with a professional and ethical approach
  • Full UK driving licence required
