We’re looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our client as a Trainee Office Administrator. Our client is a small, friendly business offering professional services to clients in Kent.

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills including data entry, attention to detail and organisation. Ideally you will have some previous work experience, though this is not necessary.

What you’ll be doing:

– Providing general administrative support to the office and adviser teams
– Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
– Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate client records
– Managing post – incoming and outgoing
– Preparing documents and paperwork for client meetings
– Keeping the office tidy and well-stocked with supplies
