We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager for our client to grow their Financial Education offering. This hunter-focused role involves selling into HR and Reward teams, opening doors, influencing senior stakeholders, and closing strategic partnerships. This is not an account management role — your focus will be on new business and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert B2B opportunities with HR and Reward teams
- Build and manage sales pipelines
- Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
- Develop proposals and close deals
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain CRM reporting and forecast revenue
- Work with Client Service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
Requirements:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience selling into HR, Reward, or People teams
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Full sales cycle experience and strong negotiation skills
- Confident presenting virtually and in person
- Self-motivated, proactive hunter mindset
- Experience in financial wellbeing, employee benefits, or L&D sales
- Existing network in HR/Reward communities
