Investor Services Associate – Guildford

Our client is looking for an Investor Services Associate for their team based in Guildford. Hybrid working is available, with 3 days each week being office based. Earn £25-30k, depending on experience. We are ideally looking for candidates who have prior private client experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Process and administer Fund Managers business timely and accurately.
2. Support the management of Portfolio Management business.
3. Monitor, oversee and process discretionary and funds business on relevant platforms (internal or external).
4. Act as a point of escalation between Fund Managers and Portfolio Managers.
5. Support and proactively manage projects as they relate to Investor Services.
6. Be proactive in managing the launch and ongoing administration of the distribution portal.
7. Service clients and advisers timely and accurately, and in line with the propositions.
8. Support any testing or project requirements relating to operational or regulatory changes.
