About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Client Experience Administrator – Health & Protection (Corporate Healthcare) to join a successful and growing financial services business.

The role will provide high-quality administration and support to a Corporate Healthcare team, assisting advisers and more senior members of the support team with both existing and new business .

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and client service experience who is looking to develop their career within corporate healthcare, employee benefits and financial services .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assist with the management of healthcare client portfolios for a range of corporate clients.
  • Support advisers and senior members of the team with existing and new business.
  • Respond to queries from clients and advisers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the renewal and market review of corporate healthcare schemes.
  • Assist with the provider invoicing process, including checking invoices and following up on unpaid income.
  • Liaise with Finance and other internal teams regarding invoicing and income queries.
  • Support the processing of membership changes within corporate healthcare schemes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data.
  • Ensure client information is maintained accurately and in line with internal processes.
  • Provide general administration and support to the wider Corporate Healthcare team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused individual with experience in an administrative or support role.

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • Proven experience working in a client-focused administrative role .
  • An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also working independently and using your own initiative.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including

Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook .
