An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administration professional to join a well-established London-based Partner Practice of a leading national wealth management firm.

This role will involve providing high-level administrative and client support to Wealth Planners, working with high-net-worth clients and ensuring all cases are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end financial planning process within a busy, professional, and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Adviser Support:
- Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients
- Manage diaries and coordinate client meetings
- Prepare client meeting packs and documentation
- Record and summarise meeting notes accurately
Business Processing:
- Prepare and submit new business and complex application forms
- Track case progress from submission through to completion
- Ensure all business is processed in line with compliance and regulatory standards
Onboarding & Compliance:
- Support full client onboarding process
- Complete AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CDD (Client Due Diligence) checks
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements
Back Office Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Use CRM and financial planning systems to manage client information
- Liaise with providers to obtain updates and resolve queries
About You:
- Previous experience in a financial xgikmsk planning, wealth management, or IFA administration role
- Strong understanding of financial services products including pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning
- Experience using industry systems such as Xplan or Intelliflo (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
