About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an

Administrator – Health & Protection (Corporate Risk) to join a successful and growing financial services business.

The role will provide high-quality administration and support to a Corporate Risk team, working alongside advisers and more senior members of the support team to assist with both existing and new business .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assist with the management of Risk client portfolios for a range of corporate clients.
  • Support advisers and colleagues with both existing and new business.
  • Deal with queries from clients and advisers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with renewals and market reviews of corporate schemes.
  • Support the provider invoicing process, including checking invoices and following up on unpaid income.
  • Liaise with internal Finance and other teams regarding invoicing and income queries.
  • Process membership changes within corporate schemes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and data.
  • Ensure client information is maintained in line with internal systems and procedures.
  • Provide general administration and support to the wider Corporate Risk team.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of client service is maintained.

About You

We are looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused individual with previous experience in an administrative or support role.

You will ideally have

  • Previous experience working in a client-focused administrative role .
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and remain focused under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using your own initiative.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including

Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook .

  • A genuine interest in developing a career within financial services.
