About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Fully Qualified Financial Adviser to join a well-established and highly respected financial services business in Horsham. The business has been established for over 35 years and has built a substantial client bank through continued organic growth. Due to the size of the existing client base and ongoing demand, they are now looking for an experienced Adviser who can hit the ground running and provide a high level of service to existing clients. The role will involve a combination of client servicing and fee-earning activity, with servicing being the predominant requirement. The ability and desire to generate and write new business would also be highly desirable, with new leads provided alongside an established client bank.

Key Responsibilities
The successful Adviser will be expected to confidently advise clients across:
- Protection
- Investments
- Pensions
You will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, conducting client reviews and providing appropriate financial planning advice. While the primary focus will be on servicing the existing client bank, the ability to identify opportunities, generate new business and convert leads into fee-earning clients would be an advantage.
