Wealth Management Administrator to join a professional and growing financial planning team in Hinckley.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within financial services who enjoys supporting Financial Advisers and providing a high level of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team.
- Process new business across investments, pensions and protection.
- Prepare client documentation, meeting packs and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM systems.
- Liaise with providers and third parties to progress cases.
- Assist with client reviews and ongoing servicing.
- Process applications, transfers and financial planning documentation.
- Monitor outstanding requirements and ensure cases progress within agreed timescales.
- Handle client queries professionally.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
About You
- Previous experience within financial services, wealth management or financial planning administration.
- Good knowledge of investments, pensions and/or protection.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using CRM or financial services systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
