Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator to assist Independent Financial Advisers in their practice. This position allows hybrid working, from their office based in Kingston upon Thames.

  • Make changes to clients’ investments, agreed between the Financial Planner and client.
  • Prepare client valuations, available cash reports and fund comparisons reports for analysis by Financial Planners.
  • Attend client review meetings with Financial Planner, if required, to build a connection with clients and support financial planner during the meeting.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial administration role.

Good IT, administration and office skills.

Knowledge of financial services products and planning solutions.
