We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join our client\βs New Business Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality financial planning, producing cashflow models, researching protection products, and preparing suitability reports and financial plans.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in paraplanning while contributing to the evolution of the function in a small, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare suitability reports and financial plans for clients
- Produce cashflow models and research financial products
- Ensure all advice and documentation complies with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate client records in back-office systems
- Collaborate with advisers and support the delivery of new business
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and client service
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a paraplanner role with suitability report writing
- Familiarity with cashflow modelling software (Voyant preferred)
- Experience with back-office systems (Intelliflo Office preferred)Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Experience across pensions, investments, and protection products desirable
