Our client is seeking a Client Services Representative to join a busy and professional financial services environment. This customer-focused role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, booking adviser appointments, responding to client enquiries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, prospects, and pension scheme members
- Respond to client emails and resolve queries efficiently
- Make GDPR-compliant outbound calls following campaigns or servicing activity
- Accurately record all call activity on internal systems
- Work closely with advisers and internal teams to support client needs
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service experience (B2C preferred)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficient, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (training provided on other systems)
Qualifications
- GCSEs in Maths and English (grades A*โC / 9โ4)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday on a rota between 8:30am โ 5:30pm
- 7-hour working day plus 1-hour lunch
- This role is offered on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
