Our client an established, growing wealth management company is looking for an experienced

Client Relationship Manager to assist Financial Advisers with a portfolio of clients.



About the Role



You will be assisting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in creating successful financial outcomes for a large portfolio of clients.



Responsibilities



  • Managing client portfolios
  • Researching on policy and platform providers
  • New business applications
  • Preparing client files for meetings
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Financial product research
  • Working to compliance regulations
  • Preparing basic suitability reports
  • Communicating with clients keeping them up to date
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Dealing with correspondence, emails, filing and administrative processes
  • Maintaining accurate records




Required Skills



You will need to have strong communication skills, be organised and detail orientated with an ability to problem solve and work to deadlines.


You will have previous experience working with Advisers in an IFA or wealth management firm, have good knowledge of financial products and providers, be able to process new business, submit proposals and take them to completion.


You will also have a good knowledge of investments and pensions, and an understanding of FCA compliance.
